From full venue bookings for 100+ people, through to smaller space booking that may only require 2 – 8 tables, we can come up with a solution for your group.
We also have our all-new VIP Room available for group bookings and functions.

From birthday parties, staff reward events, social competitions, hens and buck nights all the way through to major corporate events and competitions – we can work with you on a custom package for your needs.
We can organise catering or recommend partner caterers who can meet all your event and dietary requirements … all the way through to organising some pizzas to be delivered for you!
Our All-New Private Space for Your Event
Snooker World Mermaid Beach has recently launched our new VIP Room – which has all the benefits of a private space, but without the extra cost!
Our VIP space is a separate section at the rear of our venue, screened off from the general public and with easy access to our bar and other facilities. It’s perfect for groups of 8 to 20 people.
The new space includes:
- 2 x Competition Standard Pool Tables
- Cornhole Game
- Professional Dart Board
- Comfortable Lounge
- Bar Stools and Table
- Ample Cushioned Bench Seating
- Premium Cues, Balls and Chalk
- Bluetooth Speaker to hook up your own Tunes (should you wish!)
Our minimum booking is for 2 hours and the current rate for a 2-hour booking is $200.
Your $200 is inclusive of:
Room Hire*
- $100 (payable on arrival)
Minimum Food & Drinks Spend
- $100 (payable on departure along with any other food and drinks above the $100 minimum spend.
* For any time in excess of the initial 2-hour booking, the room only is charged at $50 per hour.
